Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective date: August 12, 2026.

Custom Website Builds

Custom website builds use the milestone, cancellation and refund terms shown in the approved proposal. Clients should review those terms before work begins.

If work has started, AKEAKAMAI AI LLC reviews work completed, approved milestones, committed third-party expenses and nonrecoverable software or licensing fees. Refunds apply only to an eligible remaining balance.

Completed and approved milestones are nonrefundable. Final ownership and administrative access transfer only after full payment.

Monthly Plans

Monthly plans have no long-term commitment. They automatically renew monthly until canceled. Written cancellation prevents the next renewal. Service continues through the current paid billing period.

Refund consideration is available during the first seven calendar days of a billing cycle. Completed work and nonrecoverable expenses may be deducted. After day seven, the current monthly payment is nonrefundable.

Annual Plans

Annual plans automatically renew annually unless canceled before the renewal date. Clients may cancel future service.

If a refund is approved, eligible complete unused months may be refunded after deducting completed work, outstanding balances and nonrecoverable expenses.

Refund Processing

Refund requests are reviewed after AKEAKAMAI AI LLC receives the written request and enough information to evaluate it. Approved refunds are submitted to the payment processor after review. Processor timing may vary.
